After recently retiring from the Air Force Louise turned to another passion: interior design and plants, becoming the Founder of PerkyPod. In 2024, PerkyPod won the Australian Good Design Award for Homewares, became a Finalist in the Finder Innovation Awards, and been featured by Better Homes & Gardens, Inside Small Business, Smart Company and Who Magazine.

We are so excited to have her as one of our panellists at the Newcastle Female Founder Festival.
