Adrienne founded her business, Organised by Adrienne, in November 2016, after recognising a need for all-round support for small business owners in the Newcastle area, and later acquired the national organisation Seed Virtual Assistants. She currently serves as the President of Gen Collective, a local networking association for professional women in the Hunter.
