After becoming the primary support person for her father following a severe stroke in 2022, Catherine co-founded Support Plus — a first-of-its-kind digital platform designed specifically for carers and support networks. Support Plus acts as a central hub for essential information, from daily routines and care preferences to medical needs and future planning. With over 3 million unpaid carers in Australia, Catherine is on a mission to equip every carer with the confidence, knowledge, and tools they need to plan ahead and provide better support.
