The Mission

Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping industries, but access to AI tools, knowledge, and ethical frameworks remains challenging for many female entrepreneurs. That’s where Dr. Nici Sweaney comes in. A globally recognised leader in ethical AI, Dr Nici Sweaney is on a mission to ensure AI is a force for empowerment, not exclusion.

A Visionary in Ethical AI

With nearly two decades of experience as an academic scientist and data strategist, Dr. Nici Sweaney brings a unique blend of deep technical expertise and a visionary approach to equity, responsible innovation, and AI governance. Before founding AI Her Way in 2023, she worked with major global institutions, including the United Nations, World Bank, and AUS Aid, developing data-driven solutions with real-world impact.

Nici is also a sought-after speaker, having presented at the United Nations offices on topics such as women, gender equity, and AI.
