Vicki is a passionate and authentic promotor of women in startups; be they founders, leaders or future CEOs. Vicki loves to encourage everyone to step into their power and lead with a deeply authentic style that is uniquely theirs.
Throughout her career Vicki has been involved in startups, from early stage ideation through to IPO. This provided her with a unique and rare insight into what it takes to experience true hockey stick growth.
